Membership Administration is all carried out using the LoveAdmin system.
Existing Members
Existing members parents can manage their payments and update their details by logging into their LoveAdmin account. If you cannot remember your password please click on 'Forgot Password' on the login screen. Unfortunatley, Team Managers or Team Admins will not be able to reset your password for you.
Payment preferences will default to whatever you chose last season so, if you want to change them, please do so before the end of August.
New Members
New members parents are asked to register online via the link below and select the appropriate membership category.
When registering don’t forget to select your child’s team. This will speed up the approval process at our end.
For your first child (or if you only have 1 child), select the First Child membership option and fill in the form. If you have additional children to register, when you get to the bottom of the form, use the “Submit and add additional people” option to add more children. Doing this will link their memberships together so you can manage them on a single login.
The payment will show on your bank account as “Loveadmin” or “GoCardless”. Please do not cancel the payments as not recognised!
If you are paying by instalments, please DO NOT remove the Pre-authorisation on the Payments page as we will be unable to take additional monthly instalments and you may end up paying the outstanding balance in full!
Please also remember that Team Memberships are for the Season and the installments option allows this payment over 10 monthly installments to help parents spread the cost. It is not a monthly charge.
